Originally formed in 2007 in New Orleans, Louisiana, The Revivalists is an American rock band that is currently signed to Wind-up Records. The band consists of members David Shaw, Ed Williams, Zack Feinberg, George Gekas, Rob Ingraham, Michael Girardot, and Andrew Campanelli, who together create a one of a kind musical sound. The Revivalists have cultivated a large group of very loyal fans and followers over the years, including over 100 thousand likes on their Facebook page, over 50 thousand followers on their Twitter feed, and over 25 thousand subscribers to their YouTube channel. Their music videos have been viewed millions of times online, such as their video for the hit song “Wish I Knew You” which has individually racked up over 20 million views on YouTube. The Revivalists specialize in a variety of musical genres such as alternative rock, indie rock, roots rock, jam band, R&B, and many more.Since first breaking out on to the music scene in 2007, The Revivalists have released 3 full length studio albums and 1 extended play which are adored by their fans and music critics alike. Their third album titled “Men Amongst Mountains” was an instant hit as it reached #4 on the US Heatseekers Albums Chart, #18 on the US Alternative Albums Charts, and #23 on the US Top Rock Albums Chart. The Revivalists have performed with some very respected bands in the industry, including Dave Matthews Band, Moon Taxi, Galactic, and many more. It seems that the sky is the limit for the success of the New Orleans alternative rock band, as their popularity and fan base rapidly grow larger by the day.
