Glass Animals Talent Bio:
Originally formed in 2012 in Oxford, England, Glass Animals is an English indie rock band that is currently signed to Caroline Records. The group consists of members Dave Bayley (vocals, guitar, tambourine), Edmund Irwin-Singer (backing vocals, bass, keys), Drew Macfarlane (backing vocals, guitar, keys), and Joe Seaward (drums), who come together to create a one of a kind musical sound. They specialize in the genres of indie rock, trip hop, psychedelic pop, art pop, alternative pop and many more. Glass Animals has cultivated a large group of very loyal fans and followers, including over 275 thousand likes on their Facebook page. Their music videos have been viewed millions of views online, such as their video for the song “Hazey”, which has individually racked up over 15 million views on YouTube. In January of 2017 it was announced that they were one of the acts chosen to perform at the very popular and massive music festival Coachella 2017 in Southern California.Since first breaking out onto the music scene in 2012, Glass Animals has released 2 full length studio albums which are adored by their fans and music critics alike. Their second album titled “How to Be a Human Being” reached #11 on the Australian Albums Chart, #20 on The US Albums Chart, and #23 on the UK Albums Chart. Glass Animals has performed at some very reputable venues and festivals, such as Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo, Bestival, Coachella, Glastonbury, and many more. They are a band to watch out for in the very near future, as their popularity and fan ban base continue to rapidly grow larger by the day.
