Joe Talent Bio:
Joe Lewis Thomas, better known by his stage name Joe, is a Grammy Award-nominated R&B singer. Joe was born on July 5, 1973 in Columbus, Georgia but spent his formative years in Opelika, Alabama. Joe started singing Gospel music in Alabama where he met producers who helped him record a mix tape, and get signed with Mercury Records in 1992.
Joe debuted in 1993 with the album Everything, but his 1997 album All That I Am proved more successful as it reached number 13 on the Billboard 200 album charts. The album included the hit singles All the Things Your Man Won't Do and Don't Wanna Be a Player. In 2000 Joe released his third album entitled My Name Is Joe which reached number two on the Billboard 2000 and included the single I Wanna Know and Treat Her Like A Lady. Joe's 2003 album And Then included the hits More and More written by R. Kelly and Ride Wit U featuring G-Unit. Joe's album Ain't Nothin' Like Me released in April 2007 featured guest appearances by Nas, Fabolous, Chamillionaire, Papoose, Young Buck and Tony Yayo.
