RL Grime Talent Bio:
Born February 8th 1991 in Los Angeles, California, Henry Alfred Steinway better known by his stage name RL Grime is an American producer and DJ who is a member of the Los Angeles electronic music collective WeDidIt. He specializes in a vast variety of musical genres including hip hop, electro house, trap, grime, electronic, chill trap, festival trap, Dutch house and big room house. He has cultivated a large group of very loyal fans and followers including over 370 thousand likes on his Facebook page, over 160 thousand followers on his Twitter account, over 525 thousand followers on his SoundCloud account, and his music videos have been viewed millions of times online, including the video for his remix of Chief Keef’s “Love Sosa” which has individually racked up over 23 million views. In January of 3016 it was announced that he was one of the acts chosen to perform at the very popular and massive music festival Coachella 2016 in Southern California.Since first coming on to the music scene in 2011, RL Grime has released 1 full length studio album, 6 extended plays, and a plethora of singles and remixes. They had very much success amongst fans and critics alike, as they have bolstered his popularity bringing him into the spotlight of the electronic music industry. He has worked with, performed alongside, and collaborated with some very highly talented and respected artists including Ryan Hemsworth, Flosstradamus, Just Blaze, Shlohmo, Baauer, and very many more. His second EP titled “High Beams” reached #8 on the Billboard Dance / Electronic Chart, and #1 on the ITunes Electronic Chart, which gained him a lot of recognition in the electronic scene. It seems the sky is the limit for the blossoming career of RL Grime, as his popularity and fan base continue to rapidly grow larger by the day.
