Originally formed in 2013 in Cleveland, Ohio, Welshly Arms is an American blues rock band that is currently signed to Position Records and Universal Music Group. The band consists of members Sam Getz (vocals, guitar), Mikey Gould (drums), Brett Lindemann (keyboards, vocals), Jon Bryant (vocals), Bri Bryant (vocals), and Jimmy Weaver (bass, vocals), who together create a one of a kind musical sound. Welshly Arms has cultivated a large group of very loyal fans and followers, including over 1 million likes on their Facebook page, over 100 thousand likes on their Instagram account, and over 50 thousand followers on their Twitter feed. Their music videos have been viewed millions of times online, such as the band’s video for the hit song “Legendary” which has individually racked up over 6 million views on YouTube. Welshly Arms is currently gearing up for their first nationwide tour of the United States, which is set to take off in summer of 2018.Since first breaking out on to the music scene in 2013, Welshly Arms has released 1 full length studio album and 3 extended play which are adored by their fans and music critics alike. Their EP titled “Legendary” became an instant hit as it reached #17 on the US Alternative Singles Chart. Welshly Arms cites some of their main influences as Jimi Hendrix, Otis Redding, Howlin’ Wolf, The Black Keys, The James Gang, The Temptations, and many more talented artists. It seems that the sky is the limit for the success of the Cleveland based blues rock rising stars, as their popularity and fan base rapidly grow exponentially larger by the day.
