Four Tet Talent Bio:
Born in 1978 in London, England, Kieran Hebden better known by his stage name Four Tet is an English electronic musician that is currently signed to Text Records. He showcases his one of a kind talent on the piano, guitar, drums, horn, synthesizer, and harpsichord, while he specializes in the musical genres of electronica, post-rock, post-dubstep, folktronica, trip hop, house, and many more. Four Tet has cultivated a large group of very loyal fans and followers, including over 1 million followers on his SoundCloud account, over 350 thousand likes on his Facebook page, and over 100 thousand followers on his Twitter account. His music videos have been viewed millions of times online, such as his video for the track “Angel Echoes” which has individually racked up over 2.5 million views on YouTube. In January of 2017 it was announced that Four Tet was one of the acts chosen to perform at the very popular and massive music festival Coachella 2017 in Southern California.Since first breaking out on to the music scene in 1998, Four Tet has released a total of 8 full length studio albums which are adored by his fans and music critics alike. His most recent album titled “Morning/Evening” was a huge success as it reached #48 on the UK Albums Chart and #57 on the Scottish Albums Chart. Four Tet founded Text Records in 2001, and has since collaborated with and worked alongside some of the most reputable artists in the music industry. It seems that the sky is the limit for his success, as his popularity and fan base continue to rapidly grow exponentially larger by the day. Four Tet is a definite artist on the rise, and is quickly becoming a force to be reckoned with in the electronic music industry.
