Based out of Montreal, Canada, Snails is a Canadian DJ and music producer. He specializes in a vast variety of musical genres including electronic dance music, hip hop, drum & bass, and many more, while he self describes his musical sound as “vomitstep”. He has garnered support from some of the most popular and talented DJs and artists in the industry including Skrillex, Flosstradamus, Datsik, Diplo, Excision, and more. He has cultivated a large group of very loyal fans and followers including over 200 thousand likes on his Facebook page, over 40 thousand followers on his Twitter feed, over 90 thousand followers on his Instagram account, over 150 thousand followers on his SoundCloud account, and his music videos have been viewed millions of times online, including his video for the track “Frogbass” which has individually racked up over 675 thousand views on YouTube. In January of 2016 it was announced that he was one of the acts chosen to perform at the very popular and massive music festival Coachella 2016 in Southern California.Since first breaking out on to the electronic dance music scene in 2012, Snails has released a large catalogue of singles and remixes. They are highly respected by fans and critics alike, as his latest three tracks “Dirty Raxxx”, “RUBBR”, and “KRMT”, have all gone platinum.
