Porsha Williams Talent Bio:
Porsha Williams also known as Porsha Stewart, is an American model, singer, a columnist in OK! Magazine, and a reality TV star on The Real Housewives of Atlanta. She is also a co-host on FOX’s Dish Nation. She has been featured on The Rickey Smiley Show and Platinum Weddings on WE Network. She released her debut single Flatline on Itunes and is the CEO of GO Naked Hair, her premium hair collection.Williams was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She went to Dekalb High School in Decatur, Georgia and then went to American InterContinental University in Schaumburg, Illinois to obtain a degree in business information technology. Coming from a prominent family in Atlanta, her grandfather is the late civil rights leader and philanthropist Rev. Hosea Williams. With entrepreneur parents, it was only right that Porsha became an entrepreneur herself. When she was 24 years old she opened up her own daycare. She felt it was only right to have something of her own.
In her young adulthood she began to model for calendars and has appeared in several music videos. In 2005 she modeled for Atlanta Dymes pin-up calendar. In 2011 she married football player Kordell Stewart, which was featured on the television series Platinum Weddings. They divorced in 2013 which was highly publicized and was broadcasted on The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s sixth season. It displayed the deterioration of her and Kordell Stewart’s relationship. She was also hospitalized this season.
Williams launched a hair care product line and also joined Kandi Burruss’ stage musical A Mother’s Love. In 2014 she released her debut single Flatiline on Itunes and music video on YouTube. Later the same month she received massive media attention after her physical altercation with cast Kenya Moore from The Real Housewives of Atlanta, due to Moore making remarks about her marriage and character.
