Born January 28th, 1994 in Medellin, Colombia, Juan Luis Londono Arias better known by his stage name Maluma is a Colombian singer, songwriter, and performer that is currently signed to Sony Colombia. While he specializes in the musical genres of Reggaeton and pop, he is quickly becoming one of the hottest young artists and rising stars in the music industry. Maluma has quickly cultivated a large group of very loyal fans and followers including over 25 million followers on his Instagram account, over 22 million likes on his Facebook page, and over 5 million followers on his Twitter feed. His music videos have been viewed millions of times online, such as his video for the hit song “EL Perdedor” which has individually racked up over 900 million views on YouTube. Maluma is currently taking his one of a kind live performance to eager music fans all over the world, as he headlines the Pretty Boy, Dirty Boy World Tour in 2017.Since first breaking out on to the music scene in 2014, Maluma has released a total of 2 full length studio albums which are adored by his fans and music critics alike. His second album titled “Pretty Boy, Dirty Boy” was an instant hit as it reached #1 on the US Latin Pop Albums Chart, #2 on the Spanish and Mexican Albums Charts, #8 on the Argentine Albums Chart, and #9 on the Uruguayan Albums Chart.
