Flosstradamus Talent Bio:
Flosstradamus is a world renowned Hip Hop, EDM, and Trap duo from Chicago, Illinios. These two Chicago-based DJs, DJ J2K (Josh Young) and Autobot (Curt Cameruci), started producing music back in 2006, but have developed many ways to distribute their music. At SXSW Flosstradamus set up a guerrilla WiFi network titled PLURNTNET to distribute a new track titled "Hdygrlz Anthm".| Having released over a dozen albums, 8 EPs, and 8 chart topping singles, Flosstradamus has the credentials. Top singles include: 2013: "Assquake", 2013: "Look at the Sky", 2013: "Hood Fantasy", 2013: "Pillz" (w/ Yellow Claw and Green Velvet), 2013: "Mosh Pit" (w/ Casino), 2014: "Drop Top" (w/ Travis Porter), 2014: "TTU (Too Turnt Up)" (w/ Waka Flocka Flame), and 2014: "Rebound" (w/ Elkka). Flosstradamus have played shows and events all over the world. The duo have played at many college campuses including Wellesley College, Drexel University (alongside Waka Flocka Flame), Northwestern University, Carnegie Mellon University (playing alongside RJD2), Middlebury College, and Columbia University. Large Stage venue include; Ultra Music Festival, Electric Daisy Carnival, Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, Pitchfork Music Festival, Rothbury Music Festival, Lollapalooza, TomorrowWorld, South by Southwest and many more. During the summer of 2007 they embarked for months on an international tour with Chromeo, dubbed the "Fancy Footwork Tour".
Flosstradamus has worked a myriad of corporate gigs including; April 2006, Flosstradamus were included in URB's annual "Next 100". In 2007, Flosstradamus released a mix album for Vice Records as part of Toyota's Scion "CD Sampler" series. In 2009, they collaborated with NIKE + to create a repetative exercise mix tape consisting of new De La Soul material.
