Onyx Talent Bio:
Considered one of the greatest representatives of hardcore hip hop, Onyx formed in 1988. The group's members Fredro Starr, Sonsee, the late Big DS, and Sticky Fingaz rose to fame in 1993 with the album Bacdafucup. This multi-platinum first album featured their hit single, Slam that eventually reached number four on the Billboard Hot 100. The album also featured the well-known singles Throw Ya Gunz and Bacdafucup. The hip hop group released their second album All We Got Iz Us in 1995 and it is considered their best album up to date. The album that reached number two on R&B/Hip-Hop chart included the singles Last Dayz and Live Niguz. Three years later, in 1998, the band returned with their third album Shut 'Em Down that featured appearances by DMX, The Lost Boyz, Raekwon, Method Man, Big Pun, Noreaga, and 50 Cent. Bacdafucup Part II released in 2002 included the singles Slam Harder, Big Trucks, and Bring 'Em Out Dead and its release was followed in 2003 by Triggernometry.
