D-Block Talent Bio:
D-Block is a famous rap group, formally known as The LOX, and whose members are Sheek Louch, Jadakiss and Styles P. The hip hop trio was formed during the 1990s and became famous with their 1997 multi-platinum track We'll Always love Big Poppa, a tribute to The Notorious B.I.G.. In 1998 the group released their first album Money, Power & Respect. The album reached number one on Top R&B/Hip Hop Albums included the songs If You Think I'm Jiggy and Money, Power & Respect. It also featured guest appearances by P. Diddy, Carl Thomas, Kelly Price, Lil' Kim and DMX. The East Coast hip hop group released their second album in 2000 entitled We Are the Streets. The album was a commercial success due to the hit singles Wild Out and Ryde or Die, Bitch and it reached number two on Top R&B/Hip Hop Albums. In 2001, the group changed their name from The L.O.X. to D-Block and it will be under this name that the group is to release their next album Prepare for Glory.
