She is mainly known for being the former girlfriend and child’s mother of music producer Stevie J. Her name began to ring bells after a sex tape leaked of her and her boyfriend Nikko, which led them to a huge deal with Vivid entertainment, an adult film company.Faust has been on her own since a very young age. She was ripped away from her mother when she was only 13 years old. Her mother abandoned her and chose to join the Church of Scientology. When the church asked her to sign over her life for a billion years Faust denied. They kicked her out of the communal home and Mimi went from house to house till she was old enough to work. Since then she has taught herself how to be self-reliant and enterprising. She is the owner of Keep It Clean Inc. It is an estate and commercial cleaning service that is based in Atlanta, Georgia. It has been up and running for over 13 years. She is also working towards incorporating an interior design model to her services. She has also been working on a kid’s clothing line inspired by her daughter. Her 2 year old daughter’s name is Eva Jordan, from her past relationship with cast mate Stevie J.
Faust connected with her father who is an artist from upstate New York. They built a relationship and Mimi inherited his artistic tastes and creative influences. She had the last name Smith but changed it to Faust after reconnecting with her father. She is currently dating singer songwriter Nikko Smith, who is also her costar in her leaked sex tape.
