Leonard Grant better known by his stage name, Uncle Murda, is a rapper originating from the Cypress Hill Housing Projects of East New York. His music was presented to Jay Z by his manager and DJ Green Lantern. Jay Z a rappe and CEO signed Uncle Murda to Roc-A-Fella Records right after. They began heavy promotion by placing him on a track with popular label-mates Fabolous and Jay-Z for the song "Brooklyn". It was featured on the From Nothin' to Somethin' album. All of the Murda’s dreams were falling into place. In 2008 rumors Uncle Murda left Def Jam due to the departure of Jay Z.That same year Uncle Murda was shot in the head while in a parked car on Linden Blvd in East New York. He was allegedly shot by DJ BrownBeatz, who was affiliated with the '13 Centurions. In 2011, he took part in a new Hiphop/Pro Wrestling collaboration, the Urban Wrestling Federation with taping of the first bout "First Blood" taking place. In 2012 , Uncle Murda changed his name to "U.M" and L.A. Ried added him to the roster on Epic Records.
Theodore Jones best known by his stage name Young Greatness, is a rapper originating from New Orleans, Louisiana. In 2000, the passing of his father gave him two choices. He decided to provide a better life for his family and pursue a career in music, rather than live the life of a street hustler. He would dedicate countless hours writing and rehearsing his raps. Coming St.Bernard Housing Projects his peers began believing that he could possibly make it big and he had so much talent. His biggest influence is rapper Jay Z. He inspired him to write his music from the soul. In 2006, due to the major disaster hurricane Katrina, he moved to Houston, Texas. He then caught the attention of rappers Bun B and Mike Jones. Which led to him be discovered by the production team named The Bomb Squad. They recognized all of Y.G.’s hard work and dedication that they signed him immediately. He has sold over 10,000 mix tapes. He averages 3-4 appearances a week and has surpassed over 500k views on YouTube. His later hit is titled “Real Niggas Back” featuring Uncle Murda.
