Stevie J Talent Bio:
Steven Jordan best known as Stevie J is a musician, singer, producer, songwriter, and a reality TV star on VH1’s hit reality series Love and Hip Hop Atlanta. He is known for his work with P. Diddy’s label Bad Boy Entertainment. He won a Grammy award for the production on the Puff Daddy & The Family album and was nominated for a Grammy for his contribution to Mariah Carey’s album Butterfly.Stevie was born and raised in Buffalo, New York. In the 90s he was considered to be the leader of the Bad Boy Entertainment’s Hit men Roster of in-house producers and writers. He work alongside Sean “P Diddy” Combs producing countless Bad Boy Albums and catalogues. He worked on the debut of hit group 112. Jordan produced their hit single “Only You” featuring P. Diddy and Biggie Smalls. He produced about 80% of 112’s album. He also produced songs “Nasty Boy”, “Mo Money Mo Problems”, “Another”, “You’re Nobody”, “Last Day”, and “Notorious Thugs” featuring Bone Thugs in Harmony. These are some of Biggie Smalls biggest classics.
Jordan went on to produce the tribute single after the death of Biggie Smalls, “I’ll Be Missing You” featuring 112, P. Diddy, and Faith Evans. Besides his work with Bad Boy he has also worked with Mariah Carey. He produced her song “Honey”, “Breakdown” featuring Bone Thugs n Harmony, and “Babydoll” on her album Butterfly in 1997. He also worked on her #1’s album on “I Still Believe”. Other songs he produced include Beyoncé Knowles “Summertime”, Jay Z’s “Ride or Die”, “Lucky Me”, and Eve’s “Blow Ya Mind”. He has worked with artists such as Lil Wayne, Deborah Cox, Tamia, SWV, Babyface, The Isley Brothers, Tevin Campbell, and many more.
In 2012 he joined Love and Hip Hop Atlanta. Which showed his crazy love triangle between his former girlfriend and child’s mother Mimi Faust and Rapper Joseline Hernandez.
