Mendeecees Harris Talent Bio:
Mendeecees Harris is a producer, manager, entrepreneur, real estate developer, and a reality TV star on VH1’s hit reality series Love and Hip Hop New York. He is mainly known for being cast mate Yandy Smith’s fiancé. He is the owner of Beat Factory Studio in New York City.Harris was born and raised in Harlem, New York. He grew up in the Saint Nichols projects. Before he got involved with the music industry, he was a real estate developer. Now he does both and more. Currently he is working with various beat creating artists. He and fellow cast mate Yandy Smith have been on and off for about 8 years. They have two children together. Their son Omere who is 2 and their new daughter, who they have yet to reveal her name. He has one more son, Mendeecees Jr. from a previous relationship
He joined the cast of Love and Hip Hop New York in 2013, season 3. The same year he was incarcerated. Media platforms were going crazy everywhere. Harris is facing a conviction for drug trafficking alongside his brother Tyrus Harris and Ronald “Kellz” Walker. Federal authorities seized millions of dollars in cash and jewelry. If Harris is convicted of drug conspiracy, he is looking at about 20 years of prison time. He was also accused for the sexual abuse to a 15 year old girl, in which he was acquitted. Season 5 of Love and Hip Hop New York shows Mendeecees being released from prison. He is currently out on bail and is trying to spend as much time with his family as possible. He knows it’s a big chance he might be looking at time in prison and he doesn’t want to take any time he has with them for granted. He is also planning his wedding with Yandy
