Chronixx Talent Bio:
Born October 10th 1992 in Jamaica, Jamar Rolando McNaughton better known by his stage name Chronixx is a Jamaican reggae singer and performer that is currently signed to ZincFence. He is the son of the famed reggae singer chronicle, and he replaced his nick name of “Little Chronicle” with his current stage name Chronixx. He has cultivated a large group of very loyal fans and followers including over 700 thousand likes on his Facebook page, over 43 thousand followers on his SoundCloud account, over 110 thousand followers on his Twitter feed, and his music videos have been viewed millions of times online, including the video for his hit song “Here Comes Trouble” which has individually racked up over 13 million views on YouTube. In January of 2016 it was announced that he was one of the acts chosen to perform at the very popular and massive music festival Coachella 2016 in Southern California.After coming on to the music scene in 2010, Chronixx’s career began to explode to a whole new level throughout Jamaica in 2012 after he began playing large festival and nightclubs all over the country. He has released 2 full length studio albums which have been appreciated by fans and critics alike. His second album “Dread & Terrible” made a big splash in the industry as it reached #1 on the US R&B Album Chart. He has won multiple awards for his work, including Entertainer of the Year, Best New Artist, and Culture Artist of the Year at the 2014 Linkage Awards in New York. He is a talent on the rise and an artist to watch out for in the very near future, as his popularity and fan base continue to rapidly grow larger by the day. It seems that the sky is the limit for the blossoming career of Chronixx.
